Emily
Emily specialises in working with the elderly and the vulnerable and is an Accredited Solicitor for the Elderly.
Whilst working and raising a family Emily has also found the time to take part in parachute jumping, track racing, parasailing, rock climbing, abseiling, caving, cave diving and has flown a plane!
She also plays many musical instruments!
Emily has recently completed the Chichester 10k and an abseil down the Spinnaker Tower for the Elizabeth Foundation.
Lindsey
Lindsey is a part qualified Legal Executive. Before working at Enable she worked as a Legal Secretary at Owen Kenny Solicitors. Her friendly manner makes her super approachable no matter what your issue is. She is a highly organised individual who will always put her client’s needs first by taking action on their requests as soon as possible.
Lindsey has two boys who keep her busy outside of work and she is also a fully fledged rugby mum.
In her spare time Lindsey loves to go out for dinner with friends (accompanied by a cheeky glass of red!).
Mandy
Mandy has a variety of work experience from logistics to the benefits system, working alongside people with long term health conditions, IT data security, compliance, management, local and central government, finance, and much more. More recently, Mandy has completed an apprenticeship, an IT data security qualification as well as a cyber security qualification.
Aside from work, Mandy is an avid reader of suspense novels and loves a good gritty suspense film or TV drama. She loves travelling and learning new things whether in the UK or abroad.
Mandy is always looking for the best solution and does not stop until she finds one. Mandy is a fabulous addition to our team, utilising her Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace qualification, providing support and advice wherever it’s needed.
Our Client Support Assistants
Zoë
Zoë joined the Enable team knowing she could put her organisational skills, kind manner and post-it note obsession to good use. She is the one to turn to when our clients need someone to talk to.
She has first hand experience of Dementia and Alzheimer’s from supporting two close relatives with the disease and for this reason chose to run a marathon, late in November 2020, to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society. She absolutely smashed it!
Aside from running, Zoë enjoys weekly gym classes, beach days, paddle boarding and being a plant mum!
Katie
Katie is putting her experience working with Age UK to good use at Enable by combining her caring nature with her experience in organising and assisting with client’s paperwork.
Katie recently got married, has two gorgeous kids and is a new mother to 8 puppies. You could say she is a busy woman!
Katie enjoys spending days out with her family and walking her two dogs, but you will usually find her fussing over the new additions to the family.
Hanna
Hanna is someone who loves to get stuck in, her organisation skills and bubbly personality are highlighted in her role at Enable. Hanna has a variety of experience which includes 6 years as a dental nurse, working in care homes and also a teaching assistant in infant, primary and secondary school. Hanna is always approachable and keen to find a solution to any problem that arises for our clients.
Outside of work, Hanna is a mum to three grown up children and so loves spending time on days out with her family. Hanna’s days out include dog walking, theatre trips and catching up with friends over a coffee. On a Saturday night you can always rely on Hanna to be the first on the dance floor!
Kate
Kate has a kind and caring nature and is one organisation queen! Having been a qualified carer for the past 3 years in domiciliary care through COVID, Kate enjoys getting to know our clients as individuals and their life stories, to understand how she can support them best.
Kate loves to spend time with her two nephews as well as her friends and family.
Having a birthday in the summer, it’s her favourite time of the year to head down to the beach with her soft top down and sunnies on!
Our Finance Team
Holly
Holly is our bubbly, friendly Financial Support Assistant who is always happy to help. Holly has 6 years experience in customer service and uses these skills within Enable to put our clients at ease providing reassurance.
Holly supported a close family member with his journey after being diagnosed with vascular dementia. Holly’s experience with the disease means she is very passionate about supporting our clients.
Outside of work, Holly doesn’t stop! She spends most of her time dancing, going to the gym and taking her dog Mabel for long walks along the beach. Holly also loves spending time with her friends and family. Holly is often the first to have a boogie on the dance floor, especially after a few cocktails!
Hayley
Hayley has worked in customer service for the last 12 years, more recently supporting vulnerable people to find careers. Hayley brings her organisation skills and hard-working manner to the team and is happy to help where ever she can.
Hayley loves spending time with her family of 7 and 5 pets! She has a lovable labrador, 2 parrots and 2 cats. She enjoy’s Yoga, meditation and pottery, as well as doing anything creative, including making decorative cakes!
Louise
Louise‘s experience in the property industry, finance and various administration roles has set her up to be a great addition to the Enable team. During the pandemic Louise worked in finance which she thoroughly enjoyed and felt very rewarding, Louise jumped at the chance to work as part of our finance team when she found out about the role as she can put her skillset to good use helping our clients. Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time outdoors either walking or in her garden. She puts those green fingers to good use as her home is filled with plants too. Louise has two grown up children that will visit but they aren’t so keen on assisting her with her garden!
Our Admin Team
Molly
Molly is our bubbly and friendly office manager who is always happy to help. Being a highly organised individual you will often find Molly rearranging anything and everything.
Molly has previously worked as a receptionist and a lifeguard. She’s gone from saving lives to changing lives since working at Enable. Molly has always loved working with people as she thrives in customer service.
In her spare time, Molly enjoys going out for dinner with her friends or walking her dog, Buddy. Molly loves to take on challenges to raise money for charity, she has completed a number of mud runs and even climbed mountains!
Olivia
Liv is a valuable addition to our team at Enable. With her experience in hospitality and her academic background in psychology and criminology, Liv is well-equipped to understand and cater to the needs of our clients. Her dedication to client satisfaction and her organisational skills contribute to the exceptional level of our services.
Outside of work, Liv enjoys dancing and going to the gym. She also loves being at the beach and exploring new places out and about in her car.
Brontë
Brontë has over 3 years experience in customer service through a variety of previous job roles. This has provided Brontë with a good insight into clients needs enabling her to understand the best way possible to support them. Brontë’s organisation skills and helpful manner supports all our staff at Enable with any admin or technical tasks.
As Brontë is part time at Enable, she will spend her days off shopping, at festivals or spending time with her nephews.
Hollie
Hollie is a kind-hearted and highly organised individual. She has 13 years experience working with vulnerable young people and children with SEN. Hollie is passionate about helping others and feels everyone should be treated with kindness and a friendly face. Her experience has highlighted her patience and understanding of those that are vulnerable.
Outside of work Hollie loves to spend time with her family, going on walks with her dog Junior and singing her heart out (admittedly extremely badly!) at gigs. You will also often find Hollie in the kitchen making one of her amazingly decorated and delicious cakes!
Our Property Team
Amber
Amber has worked in customer service for 15 years and loves working with people. Amber’s experience includes a variety of jobs, from being a property manager for the past 7 years to managing a ski chalet in France for 2 years.
Amber is a great addition to our team especially with the variety of experience and knowledge she has. Having experienced both an array of job roles as well as supporting close family members during terminal illness and additional needs.
Amber loves spending most of her spare time with her family, she is always kept busy by her 2 little boys. If you are ever unsure of where to find Amber she will be at Ford Market ensuring she get the best bargains out there!
Brooke
Brooke has 5 years experience in customer service and 2 years working in care through COVID and these skills shine through in her job role at Enable. Brooke is extremely approachable and will work hard until she finds the best solution for our clients.
Brooke also has many years experience supporting the elderly from taking care of her own grandparents.
Outside of work, Brooke will be watching The Chase or a film with her nan, or spending time with her friends including going for dinner or finding new activities to do.
Brooke has an older sister who she spends time with, along with their dad, on holiday each year in Tenerife (a family tradition for the past 15 years!)
Joanne
Jo‘s experience in admin has made her well equipted for her role at Enable. She is very organised, efficient and hardworking which makes a great addition to our team. Jo’s caring nature and love for helping others made her jump at the opportunity to work at Enable.
Jo loves a pub lunch and spending time at the beach, having lived in Essex she‘s glad to be living back along the South Coast. You’ll often find Jo shopping in Brighton, wondering through the Brighton seafront arches or at Brands Hatch watching the racing.
