Small changes make big differences!

We are missed our clients a lot during lockdown.   Although we were still in regular contact by phone and still assisting them, nothing beats having a cup of tea with them, hearing their stories and helping them sort out their affairs in person. Before the lockdown, this client asked us to help her organise old photos and the joy in her face as she had memories coming flooding back as she looked through her photos was beautiful. It was especially beautiful as our client had a brain injury that affects her memory… she said she couldn’t have done it without us. We can honestly say it was a pleasure !
