Emily
Our team is led by Emily, an Accredited Lifetime Lawyer, Court of Protection Deputy, and Regulated Solicitor, whose professional expertise is matched by her commitment to positively impacting her clients’ lives.
Outside of work, Emily balances family life with a love of adventure. She has participated in activities like parachute jumping, track racing, parasailing, rock climbing, abseiling, cave diving, and even flying a plane. She is also a talented musician, playing several instruments. Recently, Emily completed the Chichester 10k and abseiled down the Spinnaker Tower to raise funds for the Elizabeth Foundation.
With her diverse skills, adventurous spirit, and dedication to helping others, Emily is an inspiring leader at Enable.
Lindsey
Lindsey is a part-qualified Legal Executive with valuable experience gained as a Legal Secretary at Owen Kenny Solicitors before joining Enable. Her friendly and approachable nature makes her easy to talk to, and she is always willing to help, no matter the issue. Known for her exceptional organisational skills, Lindsey ensures that her clients’ needs are always prioritised, and their requests are handled efficiently and promptly.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys a busy family life with her two boys, embracing her role as a dedicated rugby mum. She can often be found cheering on her children from the sidelines or managing their activities. In her downtime, Lindsey loves to socialise with friends, enjoying a meal out and a glass of red wine.
Mandy
Mandy has a variety of work experience from logistics to the benefits system, working alongside people with long term health conditions, IT data security, compliance, management, local and central government, finance, and much more. More recently, Mandy has completed an apprenticeship, an IT data security qualification as well as a cyber security qualification.
Aside from work, Mandy is an avid reader of suspense novels and loves a good gritty suspense film or TV drama. She loves travelling and learning new things whether in the UK or abroad.
Mandy is always looking for the best solution and does not stop until she finds one. Mandy is a fabulous addition to our team, utilising her Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace qualification, providing support and advice wherever it’s needed.
Our Client Support Assistants
Zoë
Zoë joined the Enable team knowing she could put her organisational skills, kind manner and post-it note obsession to good use. She is the one to turn to when our clients need someone to talk to.
She has first hand experience of Dementia and Alzheimer’s from supporting two close relatives with the disease and for this reason chose to run a marathon, late in November 2020, to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society. She absolutely smashed it!
Aside from running, Zoë enjoys weekly gym classes, beach days, paddle boarding and being a plant mum!
Katie
Katie is an excellent fit for the role due to her experience with Age UK, where she developed a strong ability to combine her caring nature with her organisational skills. Her experience in assisting clients with paperwork makes her well-equipped to handle the administrative aspects of the role while providing the compassionate support that clients need.
Her love for spending quality time with her family and walking her two dogs reflects her approachable and caring nature, making her someone clients can rely on for support.
With her organisational experience and dedication to helping others, Katie is a valuable addition to the team at Enable.
Hanna
Hanna is a proactive and enthusiastic team member, known for her strong organisational skills and bubbly personality, which shine through in her role at Enable. With a diverse background, Hanna has gained valuable experience over the years, including six years as a dental nurse, working in care homes, and as a teaching assistant across infant, primary, and secondary schools. She is always approachable and dedicated to finding solutions for any challenges our clients may face.
Outside of work, Hanna is a proud mum to three grown-up children and enjoys spending quality time with her family on various outings. Her favorite activities include dog walking, theatre trips, and catching up with friends over a coffee. On Saturday nights, you can always count on Hanna to be the first to hit the dance floor!
Kate
Kate is known for her kind and caring nature, as well as her exceptional organisational skills. With three years of experience as a qualified carer in domiciliary care, including throughout the challenges of COVID, she takes great pleasure in getting to know her clients as individuals and learning their life stories to provide the best support possible.
Outside of work, Kate loves spending time with her two nephews, as well as her friends and family. As a summer birthday girl, it’s her favorite time of year to hit the beach or drive around in her convertable with the top down and her sunnies on!
Our Finance Team
Holly
Holly is our energetic and approachable Financial Support Assistant, always ready to lend a helping hand. With six years of customer service experience, she brings valuable skills to Enable, ensuring our clients feel at ease and reassured.
Holly has a personal connection to dementia, having supported a close family member through their journey with vascular dementia. This experience has fueled her passion for providing dedicated support to clients facing similar challenges.
Outside of work, Holly stays active and vibrant, spending her time dancing, working out at the gym, and taking her dog, Mabel, on long walks along the beach. She also enjoys quality time with her friends and family. Holly is often the first to hit the dance floor, especially after a few cocktails!
Hayley
Hayley has 12 years of customer service experience, most recently helping vulnerable people find careers. She is highly organised, hard-working, and always ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family of seven and five pets, including a Labrador, two parrots, and two cats. She loves yoga, meditation, pottery, and being creative, especially making decorative cakes.
Hayley’s experience, strong organisational skills, and caring nature make her a great fit for the role, ensuring she can effectively support both clients and the team.
Louise
Louise’s diverse experience in the property industry, finance, and various administrative roles makes her a valuable addition to the Enable team. During the pandemic, she worked in finance, which she found both enjoyable and rewarding. When she learned about the opportunity to join our finance team, Louise eagerly embraced the chance to use her skills to support our clients.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s walking or tending to her garden. With her green fingers, she has filled her home with plants. Louise has two grown-up children who visit, although they’re not as enthusiastic about helping with the gardening!
Our Admin Team
Molly
Molly is our cheerful and approachable Office Manager, always ready to assist wherever needed. With her exceptional organisational skills, she’s often found optimising systems to keep everything running smoothly. Molly’s proactive and positive attitude makes her a key member of our team.
A natural people person, Molly thrives in customer service and enjoys building strong relationships, always ensuring that clients and colleagues feel supported and valued.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys dining out with friends, walking her dog Buddy, and taking on charity challenges. She’s completed several mud runs and climbed multiple mountains to raise funds for important causes, demonstrating her dedication and passion for making a difference.
Olivia
Liv is a valued member of the Enable team, with a background in hospitality and academic qualifications in psychology and criminology. Her diverse experience allows her to understand and effectively meet the needs of our clients. Liv is committed to providing excellent service, and her strong organisational skills ensure that clients receive the best possible support.
Outside of work, Liv enjoys staying active by dancing, going to the gym, and spending time at the beach. She also loves exploring new places and often embarks on road trips with her boyfriend to discover hidden gems and new destinations.
Brontë
Brontë brings over three years of customer service experience across a range of roles, which has provided her with a deep understanding of client needs and how to effectively support them. Her helpful and empathetic nature allows her to build strong connections with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible assistance. Bronte takes pride in going the extra mile to ensure clients are supported in a way that meets their individual needs.
Outside of work, Brontë enjoys a variety of activities, including shopping, attending festivals, and spending quality time with her nephews. Whether it’s exploring new events or simply relaxing with family, Brontë values her time away from work and loves making the most of it.
Hollie
Hollie is a kind-hearted and highly organised individual with 13 years of experience working with vulnerable young people and children with special educational needs (SEN). She is passionate about helping others and believes that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and a friendly face. Her experience has helped her develop patience and a deep understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals.
Outside of work, Hollie loves spending time with her family, going for walks with her dog, Junior, and singing her heart out (even if it’s not in tune!) at gigs. She also enjoys baking and can often be found in the kitchen making beautifully decorated and delicious cakes.
Chloe
Chloe is an excellent fit for her role due to her experience and passion for supporting others. Having worked in a school with children with special educational needs (SEN), she has developed a strong ability to assist vulnerable individuals in organising their lives, a task she genuinely enjoys. Her natural kindness and willingness to help others further strengthen her suitability for the role, as she understands the importance of providing compassionate and practical support. Chloe’s personal connection to her youngest brother, who is autistic, fuels her dedication to ensuring that others receive the same level of kindness and assistance that she would want for him. Her hobbies includes staying active at the gym or being with family and friends and enjoying long walks along the beach.
Our Property Team
Amber
Amber brings 15 years of customer service experience and a genuine passion for working with people. Her diverse background includes seven years as a property manager and two years managing a ski chalet in France. These roles have equipped her with a wide range of skills and knowledge, making her an invaluable member of our team.
Amber’s experience extends beyond her career, having supported close family members through terminal illness and additional needs. This personal insight has enhanced her empathy and ability to connect with clients on a deeper level.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two young boys, who keep her busy. If you’re looking for her, she’s likely at Ford Market, searching for the best bargains!
Reilly
Reilly brings 6 years of customer service experience to the role, including serving as a Front of House Supervisor. Having studied Law at university, Reilly combines strong academic knowledge with practical experience in customer-facing roles. In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with friends at the pub and spending quality time with her family. Reilly has a cockapoo named Remi and a cat called Norman, and she comes from a large family with four sisters and one brother. This year, she discovered a new passion for Formula 1 and now enjoys watching all the races. Reilly was drawn to joining Enable because of the supportive and welcoming team, as well as the shared passion for helping clients and making a positive impact.
