Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have worked closely with our clients to ensure that we can still provide the best service possible. Thankfully, we have been able to manage affairs from a safe distance and ensure that food, medical and daily household supplies are still provided as and when necessary.

We are still operating from our offices and are visiting clients upon request. All staff have received their COVID vaccination and are regularly tested, we ensure social distancing is kept throughout meetings.

In addition we maintain:

• Regularly washing our hands
• Keeping a safe distance from other colleagues and clients
• Ensuring that clients feel well in themselves before visiting
• Keeping on top of our workload and prioritising tasks as and when they come into us
• Checking in on clients to make sure that they are doing well and asking if they need any additional help
