We are missing our clients at the moment. Although we are still in touch a lot and still assisting them, nothing beats having a cup of tea with them, hearing their stories and helping them sort out their affairs in person. Before the lockdown, this client asked me to help her organise old photos and the joy in her face as she had memories coming flooding back as she looked through her photos was beautiful. It was especially beautiful as our client had a brain injury that affects her memory… she said she couldn’t have done it without me. I say she shared her memories with me and it was a pleasure !
